  From 101, take the Alexander Ave exit towards Sausalito and follow the signs to Ft Baker. Stay on the road that follows the shore and drive towards the bridge. The road ends near a public pier. Looks like the Bay Area Night Photography Meetup group is planning a trip there Dec. 13. http://www.meetup.com/NightPhotography/calendar/11945664/
