Being you are hosting this event at Rooster T's you will want to tell the meetup group if you are reserving a table for them or not so everyone can sit at the same table. Also I know that you get minutes as per how many people show up so you need to make sure you communicate this to the group and also Rooster T's. I just don't want people sending me emails because you message is not clear as to how everyone is going to find each other. Thanks, Donna -
