Hi all,

This is going to be a FUN and relaxed meetup!
It's free, although any donation / contribution will be appreciated!

We will photograph landscape / details / lifestyle at the Sausalito marina.
I will be available for any questions you might have, I will not be formally teaching anything, it is more of a gathering for photographers!

I'll plan few other events like this where we meet and go take photos - FOR FUN!!!
If you have any ideas for great locations - please post them on the Ideas page link

Duration:
The meetup will start at 3:00pm no official end time - you can leave when you feel like it :)

Please be on time!!! We will be walking along the beach so it will be hard to find us, although not impossible... :)

Parking:
You will have to arrange for your own parking! There are few parking spots on the streets. Bring change for meters.

What to bring?:
Bring your Cameras, Lenses, and a tripod for long exposures!
Bring your camera manual if you need assistant with settings.
You will be shooting!!!! So bring everything you have.
Preferably you should have a DSLR camera! although a point and shoot can also work. If you don't have a DSLR - you can rent one! Calumet has great deals! Calumet website link Or you can use Keeble and Shuchat Photography in Palo Alto.

No limit on the amount of people!

    SAUSALITO meepup was great and a good turn out. Camera vendors and photo shops should get involved too, I think.

I learnt how to configure "rear curtain" flash on my camera that I have owned for three years :-) and I learnt a cool new trick from Tsafrir that I have been practicing on my kids since yesterday now. Got a few cool shots, but will need another trip to go get the actual shots I wanted ”
